illustrative Java Streaming - FinePlayer 2

FinePlayer 2 is a Java based application for streaming live and video services onto mobiles when no player has to be pre-installed as FinePlayer 2 is a unique standalone player. Only 30kB download of FinePlayer 2 (FP2) is required to start receiving streamed video services on any handset that is Java-enabled and has colour screen. Within the application there is a fully customizable content menu. Items in the menu depend on what type of services (live cams, pre-recorded videos) and type of content (news, sports, entertainment…) are streamed. Therefore FP2 menu is dynamically created on demand of the service provider according to value added services he has available.

Both types of streamed services – live streams and pre-recorded videos have to be encoded via FineTech encoding system into unique FP2 format to be streamed from FineTech hosting and streaming servers onto an end-user handset. FP2 is a technology that is used globally no matter which mobile network in what country is utilized and where the particular handset is currently located.

FineTech hosting and delivering platform recognizes the type of handset on which the stream is to be delivered and allocates the optimal format for the particular handset to maximalize the end-user’s experience from the stream played on his handset.

FinePlayer 2 menu and interactive features are highly customizable and the final version and items in the menu depend only on client's particular demand. Therefore FP2 has a great variety of an application options.
